The driveway looks wonderful! Owner was very polite and accommodating to us about coming in and out of the driveway while he was working on it.

Jake at Rugged EarthWorx is friendly, honest and reliable. He gave a detailed estimate with fair pricing that was well-explained. All scheduling was taken care of in a timely manner, and he is very responsive to texts and calls. He is prompt, hardworking and puts a lot of care into the final project. Jake is very conscientious and makes sure the job is completed how it was discussed. Highly recommend.

Rugged EarthWorx LLC and owner Jake Eckberg went above and beyond for Freeport Area Softball. On his day off, Jake showed up, donated his time, and put in the hard work needed to turn our overgrown, unplayable field back into a safe, beautiful place for our athletes. His generosity, professionalism, and pride in his work shine through in every inch of that field. We are incredibly grateful for Jake’s commitment to our community and our kids. Highly recommend Rugged EarthWorx for anyone needing top‑tier field or land work.

Jake showed up on time, completed everything he said he would, and I couldn’t be happier with the outcome. His faith shows through in the way he conducts himself, keeps his word, and takes pride in his work. For those who know me, you know I don’t give out recommendations easily. When I recommend someone, it is because I truly believe in their work. I confidently recommend Jake and Rugged EarthWorx LLC.

Jake did amazing work excavation some yard and then created a gorgeous retaining wall. He was great to work with during the planning. It was obvious to me he enjoys what he does, cares about the customer, and he does top notch work. He took the time to make sure it was aligned perfectly, draining correctly and what I wanted. I highly recommend his company to do your work!

Rugged Earthworx LLC does top notch work, plain and simple. I’ve seen multiple projects firsthand and the quality speaks for itself — clean, professional, and built to last. On top of that, you’re supporting a US Army veteran and family man who takes real pride in what he does. Highly recommend if you need work done right the first time.
